Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to any symptoms of COVID-19 will not attract a cancellation fee, even if symptoms present on the same day as your appointment. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Healing Touch clinic once any and all symptoms have resolved and your COVID test has been returned as negative. Stay safe and well. (Cancellations within 24 hours, for any reasons other than illness, attract a $10 processing fee, to be paid prior to any subsequent bookings.) Both cancellation and appointment fees can be paid by BSB. Pre-payment is preferred and appreciated, but payment by BSB in person, at the start of the appointment, is also available.
